When will it be shipped?
We will ship your order within 3 to 7 business days (excluding New Year's holidays, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). However, there may be significant delays depending on the inventory situation. In that case, we will contact you individually.
Can I cancel my order?
After we receive your order, we need to coordinate with the warehouse, so generally we cannot accept cancellations or changes to your order after it has been placed.
If you would like to return or exchange a product due to a defect, etc., please refer to the "Information Based on the Specified Commercial Transactions Act" page.
